Aliyah has taught in many schools/studios & many ages across the Baltimore area and beyond. Many of the schools, studios, and programs Aliyah has taught for have been programs offering the arts to underprivileged youth.

Once a graduate of Towson University, she taught Ballet At ConneXions: A Community Based arts School under the direction of Diedre Dawkins (Momma D).
 From then, she moved on to teach the disciplines of ballet, pointe, and modern at various studios in the Baltimore area.
Those studios include: Ballet Nouveau School (Kristen Stevenson), Baltimore County Youth Ballet (Stephanie Crockett), Dance Happens Inc. (Paula Levere) & RaynFall/Muse 360 (Sharyna Christmas-Rose). She also was on faculty teaching Jazz at AileyCamp Baltimore (Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell).

 She has been a guest teacher at Artistic Dance Xpressions (Fort Washington, MD), The Arts Project Inc.(Baltimore, MD), Backstage Dance Studio (Columbia, MD), On The Edge at Frank Rey Dance (Tampa, FL), Le Jeune Dance Studio (Cincinnati, OH), Dillard Center for The Arts (Fort Lauderdale, FL), RealDance Studio (Lighthouse, FL), Dekalb School for the Arts (Atlanta, GA), House of Modern Dance House of Theatre (Minneapolis, MN), Dance on Broadway (Chicago, IL), The Arts Project INC. (Baltimore, MD), Vega Dance Lab (Portland, OR), and Core Dance Company (Omaha, NE). 

She has also choreographed pieces for Annapolis High School Dance Company (Courtney Fox) and William Penn Fine Arts Academy Dance Company (Shianne Williams-Brown). She also offers private lessons in dance & dance fitness.
